That said, there are some other terms of use of this website. No hacking, cracking, denial-of-service-- honestly, why bother? I'm not accountable for whatever may happen to your computer while browsing my website. I am also not liable for any third-party links. These terms of use are applicable and enforced in the federal laws of Canada and the provincial laws of Ontario and also affect the laws of 70 other countries around the world which have an agreement about copyrights (see above).

I do plan on selling merchandise on this site (if I already am, then it means I forgot to update this) and I will be vigilant and extra-careful when sending your items in the mail. But there is nothing I can do about dirty thieves who like to steal packages in the mail. You order my products at your own risk like you do with all the other online shops. My pricing will be fair and I have to follow every and all Canadian and Ontario tax laws whether I want to or not.

While you're kindly respecting my copyright, I'm respecting your privacy. I don't gather e-mails and sell them off to someone. I don't even know how nor do I have the interest. My energy is spent on drawing cartoons, making sure my shipments are reaching their destinations, making the world a happy place, finding true love, and my day job). So if you send me an e-mail, it's as confidential as you expect it to be. Besides, I don't want you to be spending your time cleaning out spam instead of viewing my site and fully respecting the copyright therein. I also use Google Analytics to measure stats on my site. It requires the use of cookies. But i don't get any information about you. Actually, I don't even know how to interpret the results from Google Analytics. I just like to see how many visits I get and from which countries.
